William E. White, age 77, of Winfield Court in East Wakefield, died April 21, 2011 at Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro.
Born February 12, 1934 in Concord, NH, the son of William E. and Florence (Morgan) White, he was raised and resided in Beverly, MA for many years. He retired to East Wakefield, NH in 1995, having been a summer resident there since 1975.
Prior to retirement, he was employed as a Plumber/Pipefitter at General Electric in Lynn, MA.
His hobby was woodworking.
Survived by his wife of 45 years: Carol A. White, 7 children: Steven and wife Susie White of Lynn, MA, Christine and husband Jim Sharp of Beverly, MA, Robert White of Vassalboro, Maine, William "Eddie" White, Jr. and wife Theresa of Hudson, NH, Glenn and wife Lisa White of Peabody, MA, Landra Gagnon and Timothy White, both of East Wakefield, NH, 20 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren and one on the way, 2 sisters: Betty Bethune and Barbara Gilbert, both of Naples, Florida, a brother Donald and wife Ruth White of Rumney, NH, also many Nieces and Nephews.
Services are being held privately for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to: Seacoast Cancer Center at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, 789 Central Avenue, Dover, NH 03820.
