Wesley Charles Woodbury, age 57, of Dover, NH, passed away April 9, 2023 at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, after a battle with cancer.

Born September 10, 1965 in Rochester, NH, a son of Norma Rose (Burroughs) and Charles Putney, he grew up in Milton, NH, a graduate of Nute High School.  He had previously resided in Gonic, Strafford and Barrington.

Wes loved motorcycling, cars and snowmobiles.  He played the drums and did sound (mixing board) for a few local bands, "Music was his thing", he was also an artist, by drawing.  Wes was indeed a unique guy, never failing to make you smile with one of his stories or laugh with his expressions.  He was such a good "Grampy" and truly loved his family.

Survived by his only child, daughter Brianna Purrington and her boyfriend Zachary Flux, his 2 grandchildren: Azaleah Jasmyn Flux & Russell Charles Flux, his girlfriend of 18 years Linda Mitchell, 2 brothers: Dana & wife Debbie Jewett, Marty & wife Joanne Woodbury, several nieces and nephews, his dog "Jack", his Putney family members, also many loving friends.  Predeceased by his father Charles Putney, his mother and step father Norma & Clayton Jewett and brothers: Rick Woodbury & Dwayne Woodbury.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2022 at 11:00am at Peaslee Funeral Home, 2079 Wakefield Road in Sanbornville, NH, with Rev.
