Violet (Hollenbeck) McKay, age 94, of Lakeside Drive in Milton, NH, died December 27, 2015, at home.
Born December 31, 1920 in Enfield, NH, she was raised in Canaan, NH, resided in South Berwick, Maine for most of her life and most recently resided in Milton, NH.
Prior to retirement, she was employed at General Electric for 34 years.
She enjoyed tag sales, making quilts, doing crafts, woodworking and gardening.
Widow of the late Nash McKay, she is survived by a daughter: Jean McKay, 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, a sister Julia, also many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughter Joyce Delbo, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at 2pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH with a calling hour prior to the service from 1-2pm.
