Victor A. Washburn, age 84, of Tonka Street in Rochester, NH, passed away on April 12, 2026, at Portsmouth Regional Hospital after a lengthy battle with Heart Disease.

Born on September 13, 1941 in West Stewartstown, NH. Son of Glenville Washburn, Sr. and Elizabeth (Lesprise) Washburn.

Victor worked at Davidson Rubber in Farmington, NH for many years.

Survived by his Children: Randy Washburn of Rochester, NH and good friend Kathy of Farmington, NH, Ronald Washburn and Partner Earleen Tripp of Farmington, NH, Rick Washburn and Partner Linda Tripp of Middleton, NH, and Laurie Rollins of Macin, NH, many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents: Glenville, Sr. and Elizabeth Washburn, all of his siblings, Victor was the last: Mary and Francis Chappell, Joseph and Anna Washburn, Jenett and Walter Brown, Florance and Bob, and Glenville Washburn, Jr.

He loved his two special fur babies: Buddy and Selena Washburn

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Hospice through Portsmouth Regional Hospital, Rochester Manor or Heart Association.

A celebration of Victor’s life will be held at a later date.
