Timothy Michael "Tim" Anderson, age 50 of Sanford, ME, passed away April 2, 2023 at Exeter Hospital in Exeter, NH.

Born in Portland, ME on November 26, 1972, son of Thomas Louis Anderson and Agnes "Tillie" (Cantwell) Anderson. He moved to Sanford, ME in 1979. A graduate of Sanford High School, class of 1991.

He was a Veteran of the U.S. National Guard.

Tim was a storekeeper for Pratt & Whitney.

Tim enjoyed spending time with family and friends, listening to music, watching movies and TV shows, playing horseshoes and darts. Sports was a passion of Tim's . He spent a lot of time coaching and molding many young athletes. One of Tim's favorite past times was watching his own sons in their athletic events from. basketball, wrestling, football to lacrosse. He always cheered for the Cowboys but was an avid New England fan as well!

Tim was the type of person to give anyone the shirt off his back. He would drop anything to help his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife: Laura Anderson, 4 sons: AJ, Gabe, Sam, and Matt Anderson, his 3 siblings: Kate Anderson Goode and husband Jeff, Sarah Anderson, and PJ Anderson and wife Kiesha, nieces and nephews: Thomas Anderson, Corey Leach, Cassie Cote, Averi Klingensmith, Chris Anderson, Zach Klingensmith, and Kylie Paolucci, great nephew,: Brayden Anderson, cousins: Dennis, Erin, Deanna, Josh, Chris, Jennifer, Heather, Carrie, Cristin, Scott and Alex, also many aunts, uncles, great aunts, and great uncles. Predeceased by his parents, maternal and paternal grandparents, his cousin: Shawn Anderson and Aunt Marcia Sawyer.

A service will be held on Saturday April 15, 2023, 1pm , at the North Parish Congregational Church, 895 Main Street in Sanford, ME. A celebration of life with light refreshments to follow, downstairs of the church.
