Thomas Louis "Tom" Moore, III, age 78 of Alton Bay, passed away February 4, 2025 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, of natural causes. He is now reunited with the love of his life, his wife Claire M. Moore.

Born in Boston, MA on July 3, 1946, son of Thomas Moore, II and Margit (Sente) Moore.

Tom was a warehouse manager at ABC Supply in Manchester, NH.

An avid motorcycle rider and Boston Bruins fan.

Survived by his children: Tom, Jeff, Jeremey, and Aaron, Papa Tom to Colby, Madison, Nolan, Delaney, Ashlyn and Jenna, grandkids: Nathan, Madason, Alicia and Jeremey, great grandchild: Novalee, stepchildren: Cory (Dawn), Dean, and Missy (Dave.) Predeceased by his Wife Claire, son: Michael, and his parents.
