Tammy Ann Smith, 61, passed away on March 14, 2025, in Rochester, New Hampshire at 52 Highland Street.

Born on June 8, 1963, in Rochester, Tammy dedicated much of her working life to the Encore shoe factory and later served as a shift lead at Kmart. She was known for her strong work ethic and commitment to her responsibilities.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bobby Smith; her mother, Charlotte Marcou; and her siblings, Theresa, Fredrica, Mary Lou, Fred Jr., and Dale. Tammy was a devoted mother to Sabrina Smith-Ashley Smith, Berenda-Thome Jay Thome, and Michael Sargent. She also cherished her grandchildren—Angela, Alyssa, Jasmine, and Keegan—who brought immense joy to her life.

She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Sr. Marcou; her siblings Gloria, Bev, Sue, Jeffrey, Dwight, and Dwayne; and her children Leslie and Trish.

Tammy found happiness in simple pleasures—playing with her beloved dogs Buddy and Oscar, shopping for treasures big and small, baking and frosting cakes with care, and watching scary movies. Above all else, she loved spending time with her husband and family. She was a beloved mother who always did everything she could for her children—whether by blood or by heart.

May Tammy's memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
