Susan Elizabeth Graffam, age 75 of Rochester, NH passed away on March 26, 2024, at Rochester Manor, of natural causes.

Born in Nashua, NH on June 12, 1948, daughter of William English and Mildred "Lousie" (Putnam) English. Susan has lived in Rochester, NH for 15 years, coming from Dover, NH.

Susan enjoyed painting and sewing.

Survived by her daughter Elizabeth Garcia and husband Robert, 2 granddaughters Samara and Alexa, brothers, and sisters. Predeceased by her parents and her beloved husband Dennis Robert Graffam.
