Stacey Lynn Cole, age 46, of Union NH, died November 3, 2023 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
Born October 27, 1977 in Rochester, NH, the daughter of Stanley R. + Sally Ann (Gray) Cole, she resided in Union NH most of her life. A graduate of Spaulding High School, Class of 1997 in Rochester, also a graduate of Hesser College. She had worked in retail service.
Stacey fought a long, hard battle against diabetes and end stage renal disease. She held her head up high, with a smile and courage to face it all.  She was always finding the positive in whatever situation she faced and had encouraging words for others in their battle.
She and her rescue dog "Rosie" were inseparable
Survived by her mother and stepdad Sally & John Hildreth, step family Ryan, Jason & Randy, her aunt Rosie Gray, her grandmother Terry Gray, her special friends Coreen & Ana, also aunts, cousins, niece & nephew and her dialysis friends at Strafford County Dialysis. Predeceased by her father Stanley Cole and grandparents John & Grace Cole, her grandparents Fred & Lucille Gray, uncles Fred H. Gray Jr and Allan Gray and aunt Pam Cole.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington NH at 2 pm with a calling hour prior to the service from 1-2 pm.
