Sonethanong Khongsouvankham, 44 of Newmarket, NH passed away unexpectedly on May 10, 2022 in Milton, NH.

He was married to the late Phanomkhone Chanthaboune from 1997 until her passing in 2003.

Sone was born on January 6, 1978 in Nong Khai, Thailand to Thene and Bounthom (Xaycharuen) Khongsouvankham.

His early childhood was spent in Bangor, ME until moving to Woonsocket, RI in his teen years. It was his move to Kennebunk, ME in 1996 where he met the love of his life, Phanomkhone.

Sone was an outdoors enthusiast that loves biking, camping, snowboarding, fishing, but most of all loved quality time with his family and friends. His energy for life was contagious along with his infectious laughter. His genuine selfless efforts to help others in need will be sorely missed.

Sone is survived by his mother, Bounthom of Woonsocket, RI, his two children: Poutawn Khongsouvankham of Newmarket, NH, and Kylie Khongsouvankham of Somerworth, NH, 9 siblings; Bounsy, Phetbuly, Nikhom, Thoranong, Bounsoury, and Vongnaly all of Woonsocket, RI, Sengmany of Pawtucket, Khamsene of Moosup, CT, Phoutthasong of Winter Springs, FL along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Thene, and sister Khamvene.

Wake will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2022 from 1-3pm with cremation immediately following at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central St, Farmington, NH 03835
