Sandra Mae Catlin, 72, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2015 at the Hyder Family Hospice House, Dover, NH, with family by her side.

Born Sandra Mae Elliott on September 29, 1942, in Laconia, NH, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Martin and Eunice Mae (Shorey) Elliott.

Throughout her life Sandy lived in Laconia NH, Berlin NH, Portsmouth NH, Shapleigh, ME, Milton NH, Inverness, FL and most recently taking residence at Spruce Woods in Durham, NH. Sandy was a devoted wife and mother who adored being outside in New England enjoying the mountains, lakes, and ocean, riding her scooter with her club in Florida, and walking with her group of friends in Milton NH.

Sandy is survived by her husband of 54 years, Harry F Catlin of Inverness, FL, three sons, David Catlin and wife Maureen of Rochester, NH, Jeff Catlin and wife Colette of Farmington, NH and Christopher Catlin of Inverness, FL, one brother, Raymond Elliott and wife Sue of Crystal Lake, IL, and a very dear best friend Jeannie Wiggin of Milton NH.

Sandy is survived by six grandchildren, Samantha Rand, Jarett Catlin, Abigail Catlin, Henry Catlin, Sheana Catlin, Mariah Catlin, and one great-granddaughter Sophia Ann Catlin.

There will be a short memorial service held on Friday September 11, 2015 at 11:00am at Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home in Laconia NH followed by a brief cemetery service at Union Cemetery in Laconia NH followed by lunch at Fratello's in Laconia NH. All are welcome to join us in celebrating Sandy's life.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover NH.
