Roger D. LaPierre, age 63, of Peverly Road in Northfield, died July 11, 2013 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA.
Born February 5, 1950 in Manchester, the son of Ernest E. and Lucille E. (Bergevin) LaPierre, he resided the past thirty years in Northfield, having previously resided in Farmington.
He had worked as a lab technician for over thirty years at Lakes Region General Hospital in Laconia.
Roger liked to work on his 1968 Corvette and attend antique car shows. He also enjoyed gardening and was an avid hunter and skier.
Survived by his daughter Kathryn A. LaPierre of Dover and two sons: Brian P. LaPierre of Somersworth and Abraham S. Walters of Milford, MA, six siblings: Paul E. LaPierre, Richard R. LaPierre, Marie L. Hogan, Jeanne L. Guitard, Mark E. LaPierre and Michael E. LaPierre, also many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents and a brother Ernest M. LaPierre.
Calling hours are Monday from 4-7 pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 10:00 at the funeral home with Fr.
