Rodney "Slugger" Eugene Hooper Jr, 55, of Farmington passed away Friday, November 11th 2022, at home of natural causes.

Born December 30, 1966, in Rochester, he was the son of Rodney E. Hooper Sr. and Dorothy (Ricker) McKnight.

He had lived in Rochester before moving to Farmington. He worked at the Index Packaging, Inc., as a Production Lead for 15 years. He enjoyed outdoors; especially hunting, his family, spaghetti & his cat, Joey.

Members of his family include his 2 children, Erica Hooper and Rodney Hooper III, his mother, Dorothy McKnight and her husband, David McKnight, his step-mother Sylvia Hooper, his sisters, Christina Hooper-Weimann, Jennifer McKnight and Brandy Hayes, many nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Rodney E. Hooper Sr, and by his sister Darlene Jean Hooper

Burial will be in the New Town Cemetery in Rollinsford in the spring.
