Robert "Bob" G. Doucette, 88, of Wakefield, NH died unexpectedly on Jan. 24, 2019.

Bob was born on Nov. 22, 1930 in Boston, MA and is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur R. and Mary G. (Palladino) and siblings Arthur Jr. and Anita Doucette. He is survived by his loving wife Pauline A. (McAllister Whalen) Doucette; daughters LeeAnn and John Stremkowski, Karen Menard, and Kris Wells; sons Michael, and Eric and Lyn Cravens, by his first marriage; and Diane (Whalen) and Jay Sawyer, Elizabeth (Whalen) Authier, and preceded in death by Cathy Whalen from his current marriage. He had 19 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Bob was a Korean War Army Veteran.

He retired a nuclear electrician for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. He enjoyed cooking, woodworking, and bird watching.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wakefield Food Pantry will be appreciated. A calling hour will be held 12-1pm Thursday January 31, 2019 at Peaslee Funeral Home 2079 Wakefield Road, Sanbornville, NH with a service to follow at 1 pm.
