Robert Burton Cameron, Jr., age 58, of Church Street in Farmington, died suddenly, December 24, 2014, at home.

Born September 5, 1956 in Rochester, son of Robert Burton Cameron, Sr. and Dolores W. (Perry) Cameron DeMerritt, he was raised in Farmington and resided there most of his life.

A Veteran of the United States Army, he was a member of the American Legion.

He had worked many jobs including construction, Davidson Rubber Company, the Town of Farmington and Thompson Center Arms.

Bob was a NASCAR fan, an avid hunter he loved the outdoors, including deep sea fishing.

Survived by his father: Robert B. Cameron, Sr. and wife Shirley A. Cameron, a son: Robert B. Cameron, III, 2 grandchildren: Avery and Ashton, 2 brothers: Paul R. Cameron, Sr. and wife Darlene, Bret W. Cameron, 2 sisters: Heidi J. Cameron, Beth A. Robbins and companion Scott Pike, a step-sister: Sandra L. and husband Thomas Brannan, 2 step-brothers: Sam F. Currier, Shannon B. and wife Nicole Currier, also several cousins, nieces, nephews and one aunt. Predeceased by his mother Dolores DeMerritt, brother in law: Kevin Robbins, Sr., step-brother: Sherby M. Currier and step-sister: Sue M. Lapierre.

Calling hours are Saturday, January 3, 2015 from 2-4 pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH. Interment will be in the spring at Plummers Cemetery in Milton. In lieu flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to the charity of one's choice.
