Rochester, New Hampshire

Raymond "Ozzie" Osborne, Sr., 71, of Rochester passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at home.

He was born on February 18th, 1954 in Rochester NH; the son of Addie Foster Osborne and was largely raised by Weymouth and Helen Canney after his mother's death when he was 9.

He was employed at Davidson Rubber for over 33 years. One of his greatest accomplishments, besides his children, was building his own family home. There he spent many late nights and into the early mornings in his man cave shooting pool with friends.  He was never without a Chevy to drive, whether it was his camaros in the old days or his current '72 Nova. He enjoyed going for drives and spending time at camp up in Pittsburg. He enjoyed snowmobiling, especially taking Chris out to the pits and Stacy when she was old enough, who like her father, had no fear. He was an avid Kansas City Chiefs and Nascar fan and never met a Bud Light he didn't like.

Ray is survived by his wife of 38 years, Ramona Osborne. His children Stacy Wood (Adam) of Lebanon, Maine. Ray Jr of Rochester, New Hampshire. Stepson Chris Chesley (Laura) of New Durham, New Hampshire. Grandson Sgt. Sean Cerasale of Lebanon, Maine. Step grandchildren Jagger, Hannah, Colton, Henry, Charlie and Mason, lifelong friend Mike Healey of Gonic, a half brother Lyle of Florida and his two dogs KC and Brandy.

He was predeceased by his parents, Wey and Helen Canney and his sister Brenda.

Private services were held by the family.
