Randolph M Dexter, age 77 of Olde Farm Lane, Rochester, NH died on March 26, 2026 at
Portsmouth Regional Hospital with his sister Linda by his side.
He was born on January 17, 1949 in Rochester NH; the son of Robert H Dexter and Ruth M
Burrows Dexter.
Randy grew up in the Milton, Farmington area. He worked at Collins and Aikman formerly
Textron and Davidson Rubber then at Index Packaging and PSI Plastics of Wolfeboro where he
retired from in January.
Randy loved animals and once took in a stray cat whom he loved very much. He was also a big
sports fan of the Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins. He loved NASCAR racing and attended
many races until recent years. His hobby was collecting NASCAR memorabilia.
He was a friend to everyone and had a kind gentle spirit. He will be greatly missed by
everyone.
Randy is survived by siblings Lloyd Burrows of Durham NH, Ernest and wife Patricia of
Sanbornville, Calvin and wife Brenda of Middleton, Linda and husband Ernest Couture of
Gonic, Paula Dexter of Rochester and Ruth and husband Albert Gabert of Rochester. Many
nieces and nephews.
He was pre-deceased by parents Robert Dexter and Ruth Dexter, and sister in law Nancy
Burrows.
Memorial donations may be made in his memory to FuRRR Feline Rescue located in Gonic.
A memorial gathering will be held on April 11, 2026 from 2:00-4:00 at Peaslee Funeral Home in
Farmington. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
