Priscilla Dorothy "Pat" Merchant, age 79 of Farmington, NH passed away unexpectedly April 9, 2023, at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.

Born on January 25, 1944, in Danby, VT, daughter of William J. Gardner and Dorothy Madeline (Whalen) Gardner.

Pat worked for Textron for many years, their company name changed three times while working there.

She enjoyed reading, crocheting, cross stitching and watching her two favorite shows: NCIS and Walker Texas Ranger. Most importantly she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survived by her 3 sons: Donald L. Merchant, Jr. and wife Denise of Aiken, SC., Daniel L. Merchant of Barrington, IL, and Darren L. Merchant and spouse Stacy of Yuma, Arizona, 1 daughter: Dorothy L. Johnson and husband Arthur of Farmington, NH, 1 sister: Virginia Gardner, 10 grandchildren: Derek, Deven, Ross, Ian, Cider, Daryn, Phoenix, Zachary, Nathan, and Brittany, 3 great grandchildren: Elise, Ella, and Camdon, along with many cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband: Donald L. Merchant, Sr., her parents, daughter-in-law: Vikki Prince Merchant and 7 of her siblings.

A graveside service will be held on Monday April 17, 2023, at 10am at Pine Grove Cemetery in Farmington, NH.
