Philip D. "Sparky" Day, age 73, of Middleton, NH, passed away March 4, 2024 at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH.
Born October 26, 1950 in Rochester, NH, a son of Forrest E. Day & Carlyne W. (Eldridge) Day, he resided in Middleton, NH since 1974.
He was a Veteran of the United States Army.
Sparky was employed for many years at the sawmill in the lumberyard at DiPrizio's Lumber Company, now Middleton Building Supply.
He enjoyed hunting and watching stock car racing.
Survived by his wife of 55 years: Eileen G. (Massey) Day, 3 brothers: Verne Day, Earl Day & Steve Day, 2 sisters: Debbie McGahan & Tammy Wardenburg, many Nieces and Nephews, also his brother in law and sister in law: William & Tracey Massey.\

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024 at 2pm at New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH with Rev. Richard Rizzi, pastor of First Baptist Church of Farmington, officiating and military honors by the United States Army.  Family and Friends are welcome to attend.
