Obituary

We are sorry to say, our beloved patriarch has passed away–gratefully his transition was at home surrounded by family and love. Words cannot express the sadness we feel. With a kiss on your head, goodnight. We love you.

Paul William Elkins, 90, died peacefully at 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, November 18th, 2021.  He was born on August 26, 1931 in Sheridan, Lincoln Co, West Virginia, though always considered Kenova, West Virginia his hometown.
