Paul Edward Bailey Sr. age 84 of Cheney Drive in Hudson, NH died June 6, 2018 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH.

Born August 21, 1933 in Framingham, MA, son of George and Dorothy (Edgerley) Bailey. He was raised in New Hampshire and has resided in Hudson for over 30 years.

Army Veteran serving in the Korean War.

Paul retired working as a machinist having owned and operated Bailey Enterprises, also had worked as a trouble shooter for Sanders Associates of Nashua and Family Service Aid and Transporter for the Nashua District. He had enjoyed spending time at his camp in Burnham, ME, traveling, boating, and an avid reader.

Survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Barbara A. (Howard) Bailey, 8 sons Paul Jr., Phillip, David, Mark, Joel, Timothy, Barry, and Frederick, 1 daughter Deborah L. Smith, 1 sister Jesse Cohen, 25 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild. Predeceased by 1 daughter Rebecca "Becky", 1 son Peter, and 2 brothers.

Calling hours are Sunday, June 10, 2018 2:30pm-3:30pm with a service to follow at 3:30 pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central St. Farmington, NH.
