Norma R. (Jefts) Swain, age 94, of Alton, died Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at home.
Born April 10, 1920 in Melrose, MA, the daughter of Norman F. Jefts and Edna J. (Johnson) Jefts, she was educated in the Melrose School System and was a graduate of Katherine Gibbs School in Boston.
Widow of the late Ronald E. Swain, she is survived by their 4 sons: Ronald E. Swain, Jr., Jeffrey C. Swain, David N. Swain and Robert L. Swain, 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Interment will be in the spring at New Riverside Cemetery in Alton with private services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to Central New Hampshire VNA/Hospice, PO Box 1620, Wolfeboro, NH 03894. Arrangements by Peaslee Alton Funeral Home.
