Obituary

Noi Thi Jagielski of Sanbornville, NH passed on February 4, 2022 after a period of declining health.

Noi was born in Vietnam on Nov 13, 1944, where she would later meet her husband John. After John's service in Vietnam, they started their life in America together, eventually settling down in their current town of Sanbornville, NH. There, she raised a family and was a faithful parishioner at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Noi worked at Clarostat in Dover, NH for many years before retirement. She enjoyed their home away from home in Tampa, FL, and spending time with her sisters Be and Mai and the rest of the extended family there. Spending time with family was very important to her.

Noi enjoyed macrame, crochet, and watching wrestling on TV. She was a tenacious fighter, battling through anything thrown in her path. She would kick any obstacle right to the curb and keep going. We admired and will never forget her fighting spirit.

She was a wonderful cook, and her fried rice was a staple at all gatherings. Egg rolls that should be considered illegal for being so addictive, and beef jerky that you could munch on all day. Holidays were full of delicious eclairs, as well as many other sweets and lots of laughter. Her contagious laugh warmed you from the inside out. We loved her ear to ear grin as she made witty remarks to "Daddy" that always made us laugh. She always made sure to give you a tight squeeze goodbye and a kiss on the head as you left. Until next time.

Noi was a grandmother every child would wish to have. One who cooked yummy food, gave out candy, and stayed up late with you. In her eyes, the kids could do no wrong, and that made her the best grandma in the world.

Noi is survived by her husband John Jagielski, with whom she shared many wonderful years together, as well as her four children: Jim Jagielski and his wife Sue; Leo Jagielski; Noi Vachon and her husband Jimmy; Anthony Jagielski and his wife Aimee; sisters Be Jagielski and Mai Ngo; grandchildren Brandon and Kristen Jagielski; Faith and Addison Vachon; Kate, Brooke and Luke Jagielski; and canine fur baby Yoda.
