Nancy Joyce Lavertue, age 78, of Wakefield Road in Union, died quietly at home on Sunday, August 11, 2019, with her loving family by her side.

Born October 21, 1940 in Wolfeboro, the daughter of Carl and Bernice (Ames) Glidden, she resided in Union for many years.

Nancy had worked at Index Packaging in Milton.

Widow of the late Norman D. Lavertue, she is survived by their 5 children: Joyce Colbath, Norman Lavertue, Larry Lavertue, Randy Lavertue and Valerie Lurvey, her brother Carl Glidden, also many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter Karen Bubar.

As per her wishes, no services are planned. Interment will be private with her late husband at Milton Mills Cemetery. Cremation care by Peaslee Funeral Home.
