Michael Lee Hulse

Michael Lee Hulse, 78, passed away on April 9th, 2021, in Dover, NH with his family by his side. He was born in Galveston, Texas, on October 13, 1942, to Edwin Hulse Jr. and Marjorie Lou Maynard Hulse. Michael left Texas after graduating from Ball High School and went to work in Palm Beach, Florida where he met his wife, Mary Lou Staples. They returned to Mary Lou's home state of New Hampshire and spent many years living in Dover.
Michael enjoyed woodworking and with Mary Lou they had their own woodworking business "M&M woodworking production" during their early years of marriage. He spent many years working at Elliot Williams Greenhouse and loved tending the roses there. In his last years he enjoyed working at Printed Matter, a screen-printing company. He was admired and praised for his work ethic and positive attitude by his co-workers. Michael enjoyed weeding his garden, raising homing pigeons, caring for his dogs, and spending time with his family and friends.
Michael is survived by his wife of 46 years Mary Lou; his children Melinda Beever (Jamie Beever) and Miranda Hulse; and five grandchildren, Logan Beever, Lydia Beever, Lucas Beever, Liam Beever, and Landon Beever. Michael was predeceased by his brother John Hulse.
There will be a family gathering for a celebration of Michael's life this summer.
