Matthew "Matty" John Chesley, Jr., passed away unexpectedly on August 9, 2024.  Matty was born on September 15, 2004 to Matthew and Amber (Boske)Chesley. He resided in Wakefield for most of his life but most recently in Farmington.

Matty loved skateboarding with his uncle Fred, playing video games and tennis with his dad and just hanging out with his sister. He loved learning astronomy, history and politics to fuel his discussion/debates with his dad and papa. Some of his happiest moments were spent with his mom who shared the same sense of humor.  He was a fun loving young man with a great sense of humor. He will be missed by anyone lucky enough to have known him.

Matty is survived by his parents, Matt and Amber of Farmington, his sister Theresa Chesley of Sanford Maine, his paternal grandparents, Debbie and Steve Green of Middleton, his maternal grandfather Roger Boske, Jr. of Farmington, uncles Fred Boske of Farmington and Michael Chesley of East Wakefield, aunt Jamie DiPrizio of Milton and cousins Lexi and Curt DiPrizio and Skylar Chesley.

Matty was pre-deceased by his maternal grandmother Ellen Boske, his paternal grandfather, Jim Chesley and his uncle Roger Boske, III.
