MILTON MILLS — Mary E. Nason, 71, of Willey Road in Milton Mills, died, Nov. 16, 2010, at home.
Born Oct. 3, 1939, in Wellesley, Mass., the daughter of Robert and Katherine Trites, she was raised and resided there for many years and had resided in Milton Mills since 1964.
Mary enjoyed cleaning homes for elderly folks in the local area. A loving homemaker and mother, she enjoyed knitting, puzzles, and especially loved her family and cookouts with them. She also enjoyed listening to music at The Music Mill in Milton Mills.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Gerald A. Nason and their three children, Tammy L. and husband, Chuck Phinney of Brookfield, Gerald A. Nason, Jr. and his wife, Kim, of Wakefield, Michelle L. and husband, David Pratt, Jr. of Middleton; four grandchildren, Ashley Phinney, Chucky Phinney, Jr., Jarrid Nason and Evan Pratt; two brothers, William Trites and Donald Trites, many nieces and nephews, also many dear friends.
Calling hours are Thursday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Peaslee Funeral Home, 2079 Wakefield Road in Sanbornville. A funeral service will be held on Friday, Nov. 19, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Milton Mills Cemetery.
