Mary Jean Nason, age 84, of Sanbornville, died January 11, 2021 at Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro.
Born August 19, 1936 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, daughter of George W. and Ellen (Monroe) Bailey, they moved to Sanbornville, NH in 1947. Mary resided in Sanbornville and Brookfield, NH for most of her life.
From 1954 to 1966, she worked at Huggins Hospital, almost eleven of those years, she worked in the Operating Room as a Surgical Technician. She then became Dr. Ralph Adams' assistant, who at that time was Chief of Surgery.
Mary was predeceased by her husband Fred E. Nason in March of 2006, also 4 brothers, 3 sisters-in-law and a sister.
Survived by her 2 sons: Dean F. and wife Robin Nason, Todd C. and wife Christine Nason, all of Sanbornville, 6 grandchildren: John and wife Valerie Nason, Jeremy Nason, Jacob Nason, Courtney (Nason) and husband Dan Trepanier, Caitlin (Nason) and husband Derek Chouinard, Carissa Nason and partner Timothy Hartnett, 4 great grandchildren: Brynn Elizabeth and Ashlynn Mary Trepanier, Everleigh Marie and Addison Elizabeth Chouinard, sister in law Mary T. Bailey, cousin Robert of Australia, also many nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 11am at Lovell Lake Cemetery, family and friends are welcome.
