Martha Faith "Faye" Baud, age 85, a longtime resident of Farmington, died July 9, 2015 at Riverside Rest Home in Dover.
Born July 12, 1929 in Alton, the daughter of Clyde H. and Alice F. (Colby) Claflin, she grew up in Alton and resided in Farmington since 1959.
In earlier years, she had been a shoeworker at local shoe factories.
She enjoyed bowling, having been a member of a bowling league.
Widow of the late Harrison A. "Doc" Baud, she is survived by 6 children: Clyde Wells, Ronald and wife Sandy Wells, Susan and husband Michael McGrane, Joyce Wells, Harold Wells and Alicia Woods, a stepson Daniel Baud, 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren, her sister Mary and husband Harris "Sonny" Tucker, also several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by 2 brothers: Harold Claflin and Royce Claflin.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 11am at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH. Urn interment will be private at New Riverside Cemetery in Alton.
