Marilyn Frances Cleary

Wakefield, NH- Marilyn Frances ?Fran? Cleary, 72, died June 17, 2007 at Huggins Hospital, Wolfeboro, NH after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Lynn, Massachusetts on August 21, 1934, the daughter of Charles A. and Marion (Hebert) Johnson. She was raised and educated in Peabody, Massachusetts by her Aunt and Uncle, Leroy J. and Mabel V. (Johnson) Herron.

Mrs. Cleary worked as a secretary for the Lynn School Department for many years, and later for the Mental Health Department. She enjoyed doing genealogy and had a passion for loons.

She leaves behind her daughter, Lisa (Cleary) Schultz Young; her brother Charlie Johnson of Spring Hill, Florida, her sister Barbara Walshaw and brother David Johnson both of N. Waterboro, Maine; nine grandchildren, Melissa Snow of Lehi, Utah, Michelle Greene and Meaghan Schultz of Saugus, Massachusetts, Michelina, Christopher, and Isabella Young of Wakefield, New Hampshire, and Jessica, Jennifer and Joanna Cleary of Lynn, Massachusetts. She also had 4 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Patrick L. Cleary in 1995.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, June 23 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 388 N. Main Street, Wolfeboro, NH.
