Marie I. Obey, age 79, of Sanbornville, NH and formerly of Lynn, MA, died September 25, 2012 at Wolfeboro Bay Care.
Born June 18, 1933 in Lynn, MA, the daughter of Donat and Eva (Melanson) Vienneau, she resided there for many years and resided in Middleton and Sanbornville, NH the past 20 years.
A homemaker and mother, Marie had volunteered at Union Hospital in Lynn. She loved Bingo and spending time with her family.
Widow of the late Jerry W. Obey, who died in 2002, she is survived by their 4 children: Thomas and wife Elaine Obey, Linda and husband David Wyckoff, Ann Obey and Kenneth Obey, 14 grandchildren: Angela, Thomas, Jr., Jerry, David, Desiree, Christopher, Jason, Sophia, Erica, Brian, Ashley, Brandon, Eric and Vincent, several great grandchildren, a brother Henry and wife Kathy Vienneau, also several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Raymond Vienneau.
