Lydia Virginia (Weare) Chase, age 77, of Witchtrot Road in Sanbornville, died September 27, 2015 at Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro.
Born March 7, 1938 in Newburyport, Massachusetts, the daughter of George A. and Mariam E. (Beal) Weare, she resided in Wakefield, New Hampshire for many years.
Loving mother of 5 children: RoseMarie Klock, Heidi Harris, Mark Chase, Tammy Chase and Wanda Williams, also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, her brother: Al Weare, several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by siblings: Estelle Silsbury and George A. Weare, Jr.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 1pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 2079 Wakefield Road in Sanbornville, NH.
