> Born November 18, 1929 in Haverhill, MA, daughter of Charles and Laura (Bouchard) Bailly, she resided in Farmington, NH for many years, a member of the First Congregational Church.

> Lou was an LPN, having worked in hospitals and nursing homes in the surrounding area.

> She was an avid Red Sox fan, loved nature and enjoyed knitting.

> Widow of Lyle R. Nevens, she is survived by her son: Brian J. Kelley and wife Evelyn, 2 daughters: Ellen E. LaRochelle, Colleen G. and husband William Sweeney, a daughter in law Chrissy Kelley, 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Predeceased by her son David L. Kelley and several siblings.

> A Celebration of Life will be held at First Congregational Church on Main Street in Farmington, NH on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at 1pm with Rev. Kent Schneider, pastor, officiating. Urn interment will be at Pine Grove Cemetery. Cremation care by Peaslee Funeral Home.
