Louis W.  Brooks, age 75, of Union, passed away peacefully at home, August 24, 2022, with his loving family by his side.

Born May 14, 1947 in Rochester, NH, son of Carlyle G. and Martha K. (Hill) Brooks, he was raised in Middleton, NH, where he resided for years, lived in Berwick, Maine over 40 years and resided in Union, NH the past 3 years.

Louie was retired, a self employed logger, Louis Brooks Logging.

He enjoyed hunting, trapping and deep sea fishing.

Widower of the late Rita (Morin) Libby Brooks, survived by his 3 children: Bonnie Moody, Vincent & wife Michelle Brooks, Louis Brooks, 3 granddaughters:  Heather Moody, Kayla Moody, Morgan Moody, 2 grandsons: Carlyle Brooks, Danny Brooks, 7 great grandchildren, 2 stepchildren: Tim Libby,  Lucille Libby, 2 brothers: Vincent Brooks & George Brooks, also many nieces & nephews.  Predeceased by 2 sisters:  Sandra Brooks & Terry Mack, and brothers:  Jimmy Brooks, Ted Brooks, Samuel Brooks & Gary Brooks.
