Lorraine M. Elliott, "Nanz", age 72, of Rochester, NH, died January 20, 2025 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.

Born November 20, 1952 in Rochester, NH, a daughter of Lawrence K. & Barbara F. (Buzzell) Brown, the family resided in Barrington, NH.  Lorraine resided in Rochester for over forty years.

Lorraine had worked in retail at the former K-Mart in Rochester.

She enjoyed playing computer games, doing puzzles and especially loved time spent with her family and friends, she had an "open door policy", a very devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend.

Widow of the late Arthur James Elliott, she is survived by their son Arthur J. Elliott, Jr., 2 stepdaughters: Christine M. Hughes & Penny L. Noel, grandchildren: Robert W. Hall, II, Amanda S. Hall, Tyler J. Barlow, James J. Elliot & Marcus A. Elliott, 4 great grandchildren, 2 siblings: Lawrence Brown & Lee Brown, also many Nieces, Nephews, 3 special friends: Jack Noel, Ida Knowles & Connie Elliott, also, she mentored Becky Martin.  Predeceased by her children: Mark A. Elliott, Angela M. Elliott & Edith J. Elliott and 4 siblings: Louise Lemere, Leonard Brown, Lois Lawrence & Lloyd Brown and nephew Keith Brown and Leonard Brown, Jr.
