Lois Ann Gelinas, age 83, of Old Bay Road , New Durham, NH, passed away September 6, 2015 at the Wolfeboro Bay Center in Wolfeboro, NH.
Born August 14, 1932 in Rochester, New Hampshire, the daughter of Homer and LuLu (Varney) Richardson, she was raised in Dover and had resided there many years before moving to New Durham for over 35 years.
Lois Retired as a Head Dispatcher for the Strafford County Dispatch in Dover, NH. She was a member of the Elks and had enjoyed going to Florida for the winters.
She is survived by her husband: Paul R. Gelinas Sr., 2 sons: James C. Jennison, Robert and Georgette Lord, 6 Step-children: Jean and Walter Damon, Diane and Ricky Rines, Carol and Robert Ingham, Michael and Grace Gelinas, Paul and Betsy Gelinas Jr., John and Roberta Gelinas, 5 grandchildren: James Jr., Nichole, Cassandra, Haley and Miranda, several great-grandchildren, many Step-grandchildren and Step-great-grandchildren.
Calling hours are Wednesday September 9, 2015 from 6-8 pm at the Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH. A funeral service will be held on Thursday September 10, 2015 at 10:00am at the Peaslee Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the John C. Shirley Memorial Cemetery in New Durham.
