Lawrence "Larry" Serven, 68, of Farmington N.H. passed away on August 17th 2025 with his family by his side, after a 3-year courageous battle with cancer. Larry was born in Lynn Massachusetts on November 19th, 1956 alongside his twin brother George Serven. Larry is predeceased by his mother Lieselotte (Bien) Serven and father Lawrence H. Serven.

Larry graduated from Lynn Vocational Technical Institute in 1975. Larry worked at G.E., Teledyne Laars, and spent 27 years with Pratt and Whitney until his retirement in 2023. Larry spent many weekends in his younger years playing cards alongside family and friends. He enjoyed camping with his family a few times a year for many years, after moving to Farmington N.H. You could catch Larry watching his favorite football team, the New England Patriots, every weekend with his dad and brother, and continued the tradition with his brother after the passing of their dad.

Larry is survived by his beautiful wife of 43 years, Virginia (Ginny) Serven. Larry and Ginny have four beautiful daughters. Jennifer Hicks of Biddeford Maine, and her four children, Kierra, Trista, Bryce Berube and Kam'rin Hicks, Jaimie and Her husband Jordan Wissler of Palm Beach Garden, Florida. Corie Serven of Dover, New Hampshire, and Stefanie Serven and her partner Tony and their daughter Gianna DePrizito of Rochester, New Hampshire. Siblings include his sister Evelyn and her husband Al Rezendes of Lynn Massachusetts, and brother George and his wife Barbara Serven of Rochester, New Hampshire, as well as many sister in-laws and brother in-laws and nieces and nephews.

Larrys calling hours are Friday August 22nd 2025 from 10a.m to 12p.m at Peaslee Funeral Home in Farmington New Hampshire, with a service to follow at noon. Following the service, we invite all who would like to attend Larrys burial to head over to Rochester Cemetery on Franklin Street in Rochester, New Hampshire.

In Lieu of flowers, Larry asked that you donate to Larrys charity of choice, with donations be made to Suicide Prevention of North Shore Walk, (AFSP) c/o Evelyn Rezendes/Team4Mark.
