Karen M. (Albert) Boelzner, age 50, formerly of Chickadee Lane, Alton, died November 13, 2011.

Born January 8, 1961, in Lowell, MA, the daughter of the late Normand V. and Patricia (Caisse) Albert. She was raised in Pelham, NH and had graduated from Manchester West High School. Karen had lived in Manchester for many years and moved to Alton over 18 years ago.

A self employed house cleaner for many years and was also a proud homemaker and mother.

Karen enjoyed Knitting and crocheting, motorcycle rides, hunting and Snowmobiling. A member of the Powder Mill Snowmobile Club in New Durham, NH.

Survived by a son: Dennis P. Sweeney II of Alton, a daughter: Ashley T. Sweeney of Alton, 2 Stepchildren: Melissa A. and her husband Shawn Cote of Pembroke, and Eric J. and his wife Nicole Boelzner of Manchester, 3 brothers: Norman Albert of Raymond, Allan Albert and wife Celeste of Manchester, and William Albert and his wife Ute of Stanton, MI, 1 sister: Cheryl Martin and husband Al of Goffstown, NH, 1 granddaughter: Leah M. Glazier of Alton, 1 step granddaughter:Madyson O. Boelzner of Manchester, 7 nieces, 1 nephew, several uncles and aunts. A former husband Rick Boelzner of Alton.

Calling hours will be on Monday evening November 21, 2011 from 6-8pm at the Peaslee Funeral Home 24 Central Street Farmington, NH 03835. A Funeral services will be held on Tuesday November 22, 2011 at the funeral home at 11:00am. A reception for friends and family will follow the service.
