Justin Lee Clifford was born in Rochester, New Hampshire on July 5, 1987. He was 34 years old . He passed away of Covid on November 25, 2021.

Justin graduated from Cape Cod Regional Technical High School. He then went on to study at the Cape Cod Community College. He worked in the security field as a guard at the Cape Cod Mall, Best Buy, the Cape Cod Community College Police department, and at Joint Base (Otis). His present job at his time of passing was a correctional officer at Rockingham County House of Corrections, a job he loved. Justin always had a smile on his face. He loved his friends and family. He worked hard at every job he had. He always wanted to encourage others.

Justin leaves his mother Cynthia DeOliveira, his sister Rachel Cramton, his brother Brendan Clifford, his sister Emily Clifford, his brother Levi Clifford... Justin leaves his father James Lussier, his brother James Lussier, his sister Tessa Lussier, his brother Jason Lussier, his paternal grandmother Mary Lussier, his paternal grandparents Fred and Donna Clifford, his maternal grandmother Shirley Wilkes and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Memorial Service for Justin will be held at the Yarmouth New Church Preservation Foundation, 266 Main Street, Rte 6, Yarmouthport, Massachusetts 03673, on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 1:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made in his name to Interfaith Food Pantry, 400 Main Street in Farmington, NH.
