Juliette D. Lamper, age 66, of Frank C. Gilman Highway in Alton, died peacefully at home on June 5, 2013, surrounded by her loving family.



Born March 9, 1947 and raised in Manchester, the daughter of Edgar and Victoria (Martel) Noel, she resided in Alton for over 20 years, having previously resided in Farmington.



A homemaker, she was a member of American Legion Post #72 of Alton, where she enjoyed volunteering. She also enjoyed Bingo and time spent with her grandchildren.



Widow of the late Rodney O. Lamper, Sr., she is survived by a son Rodney O. Lamper, Jr. and wife Margaret of Andover, a daughter Susanne L. and husband David Emerson of Alton, Dean and wife Donna Rines and family, 4 grandchildren: Courtney Emerson and fiancée Nicholas Sackos, Kayla Powell, Kassie Lynn Lamper and Julie-Anne Emerson, 3 great grandchildren: Landon Thomas, Addison Lynn and Maxwell David, 2 sisters: Jeanette and husband Rene Martel and Rachel Booth, 3 brothers: Roger and wife Susan Noel, Rene and wife Elaine Noel, Ronald and wife Maureen Noel, also several nieces and nephews.



Family and friends are welcome to a graveside service on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 10:00 am at New Riverside Cemetery in Alton with committal prayers by Fr. Robert F. Cole of St. Katharine Drexel Church. If desired, memorial donations may be made in her memory to: Central NH VNA and Hospice, 240 South Main Street, Wolfeboro, NH 03894.
