Julie Ann (Meagher) Davis of Middleton, NH died surrounded by family on December 21 after a courageous battle with cancer. Julie was born April 14,1961 in Lynn, MA and grew up in Saugus, MA. She graduated high school from Essex Agricultural Institute in 1979. She spent 35 years working as a certified dental assistant with Dr. Paul Pasternak at Granite Dental Group in Barrington, NH but none of these achievements were as important to her as her husband Barry and her beloved family and friends.

Julie and Barry followed their Air Force assignments across the US before settling in Rochester, NH to raise their two sons. They attended every baseball and hockey game their boys played. As empty nesters they took up another sport that had them traveling the US with what some would call their third son; their dog Rocky who they trained in Dock Diving. Rocky "the rock star" and Team Rocky (Julie and Barry) went on to win countless contests for farthest jump, were top ranked in two divisions and took second place in the Elite Iron Dog Competition at the world championships in Dubuque, Iowa this past October.

Besides Dock Diving and being a big baseball fan, Julie loved all animals, horseback riding and the horse barn, loved to garden, cook, shop for a bargain, boat around Sunrise Lake, and surround herself with her favorite people.

Julie leaves behind her husband of 43 years, Barry Davis of Middleton, NH, sons Bradley A. Davis (Marisa Foss) of Wakefield, NH and Kyle R. Davis (Meghan)of Holloman AFB New Mexico, grandchildren Audrey A. Davis and Cole T. Davis and brother Daniel Meagher (Paula) of Georgetown, MA and countless other close family and friends.

She is predeceased by her parents Thomas and Barbara Meagher and her sister Terry (Meagher) Moscone.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday January 8, 2023 at Rochester American Legion Hall 94 Eastern Ave. from 1-4 pm.
