Judy Ann (Grassi) Thompson, age 56, of Farmington, died March 29, 2012, at home, after a brief illness, surrounded by her loving family.
Born October 25, 1955 in Portsmouth, the daughter of Aldo and Ann Grassi, she resided in Farmington the past seven years, having come from Elkhart, Indiana.
She was employed as a CNC Machinist at Fall Machine in Somersworth. Judy worked for Crotchet Mountain working with people with developmental disabilities she also was a collector of Chicken Soup for the soul books, Indians and porcelain dolls.
She is survived by her 3 sons: John A. Thompson of Rochester, Jason A. Thompson and wife Melanie of Milton Mills and Joshua A. Thompson of Farmington, 2 daughters: Amy L. Elliott of Somersworth and Amanda L. Elliott of Farmington, 9 grandchildren, 2 sisters: Diane Nault of Portsmouth and Donna Ellingson of North Dakota, 3 brothers: Frank Grassi of Eliot, Maine, Donald Grassi of Dover, George Nash of Dover, also several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and her partner Brenda L. Trudnak of Farmington. She was predeceased by Margaret I. Levit her brother Allan Nash and her partner Debbie Tarr.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday April 2, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH, with a calling hour prior to the service from Noon to 1pm.
