Joseph "Joe"  Henry Cote, Jr., age 51 of Pineland Park Road died unexpectedly on June 3, 2021 at his home.

Born in Presque Isle, ME on June 27, 1969, son of Joseph Henry Cote, Sr. and Guelda Joyce (Mullen) Cote. Joe was raised in Westfield, ME until he and his family moved to the NH Seacoast in 1986.

Joe  was a graduate of  Portsmouth High School, Class of 1987. He moved to Milton, NH in 2011 and has resided there ever since.

Joe was a self-employed roofing and carpentry contractor,he had owned and operated Weather Tight Roofing and Masonry.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, hiking, spending time with his grandchildren and his two dogs; Rollo and Toby. Joe was an amazing family man and loved everyone with his whole heart. He was happiest when he was surrounded by family. Joe will forever be in our hearts.

Joe is survived by his mother; Guelda Cote, his loving wife of 7 years; Shannon K. (Leary) Cote, 2 sons; Aaron Cote and significant other Teryn Poole,  Joseph "Joey" Cote, III, 3 daughters; Sasha Wheeler and significant other Jeff Gagnon, Amber Libby and significant other Rob Gorham, Allison Turbitt and husband Holden, brother; Michael Cote and wife Elizabeth, 2 sisters; Roxanne Lint and Lisa Cressey and her husband Scott, Eight grandchildren; Parker, Cohan, RJ, Gretchen, Weston, Trenton, Reed and Teylor, also many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his father; Joseph Cote.

Memorial Calling Hours will be held Tuesday June 8, 2021 from 3pm to 7pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH. Urn Interment and a brief service will be held on Saturday  June 26, 2021 at 2pm at Kings Grove Cemetery on E. Ridge Road in Mars Hill, ME.
