Joni Jay Williams, age 58, of Milton, died peacefully at Hyder Family Hospice House on March 23, 2019.

She was born in Littleton, NH on November 12, 1960, daughter of Arnold and Claire (Montgomery) Williams.  A lifelong resident of Milton, she was a graduate of Nute High School, Class of 1979.

Joni loved camping, going to Lake Wentworth, baking, cooking and loved animals, always having a dog.

Survived by her mother Claire Williams of Milton, her son Shawn and wife Melissa Williams of Sanbornville, her daughter Crystal Lambert of Rochester, 4 grandchildren: Marquis, Tenlee and Ashlyn Williams and Mariah Lambert, her brother Jeffrey and wife Carolyn Williams of Milton, a niece and a nephew: Keith and Kelly Williams, also many cousins and friends.

Her family extends a big Thank You to Riverside Rest Home and Hyder Family Hospice House to all the nurses and attendants for the special care and kindness given to Joni.

A private committal service will be held at Milton Mills Cemetery.  If desired, memorial donations may be made in her memory to: Hyder Family Hospice House, 285 County Farm Road, Dover, NH 03820.  Cremation care by Peaslee Funeral Home.
