John David Nye, age 59, died April 9, 2023, at home in Milton.

Born December 3, 1963 in Dover, NH, a son of Kenneth Nye & Mary Irene (LaPanne) Nye, he was a graduate of Dover High School.

John held many jobs, most recently he was self employed as John Nye "The Handy Guy", working with construction and excavation.

His interests included gardening, cooking, tinkering, riding his Harley Davidson, and his love for playing the guitar.  Also, he enjoyed nature and BBQ's with family and friends.  John was always helping anyone in need.

Survived by 6 siblings:  James & wife Judy Nye, Mildred & husband Roger Peters, Arthur & wife Jai Nye, Carol Nye, Pamela & husband Dave Browne, Keith Nye & his girlfriend Michele, many Nieces & Nephews, in law's: Sharon Nye, William Doherty and Linda Nye, also several close friends.  Predeceased by his parents and 3 siblings: George Nye, Lucille Doherty and Phillip Nye.
