John F. "Jack" Morrow, Sr., age 94, of Ivy Lane in Farmington, died March 28, 2011 at Colonial Hill of Rochester.

Born October 11, 1916 and raised in Archibald, Pennsylvania, son of Patrick and Barbara (Brennan) Morrow, he resided in Farmington, NH since 1979, having come from Waldwick, New Jersey. Most recently, he resided with his wife at Desiree's Place in Rochester.

He was retired from Verizon.

A communicant at St. Peter's Church in Farmington, he served as Eucharist Minister and was a devout member of the Knights of Columbus and the Lion's Club of Farmington.

Jack enjoyed bowling and loved to dance and sing. He always found the good in everyone.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years Gwendolyn (Daly) Morrow, their son John F. "Jack" Morrow, Jr. of Woodland Hills, CA and 5 daughters: Kathy Norton of Patterson, NJ, Mary Kolesar of Nevada, Cheryl Clement of Barrington, Joan Hill of Milton and Susan Braun of Somerset, NJ, 15 Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren. He was predeceased by 3 siblings: Anna, DeSalles and William and his grandson Donald.

Calling hours are Friday from 4-6 pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 1:00 pm at St. Peter's Church, 88 Central Street, Farmington, NH with Rev. Daniel J. Sinibaldi, pastor, as celebrant. Interment will be later in the spring at Pine Grove Cemetery in Farmington.
