Obituary

BERWICK, ME:

With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Jeffrey Allen Dupont, age 51, who left this world on April 24, 2026. Jeff fought tirelessly for his life before his unexpected passing in the arms of his family at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH, the same hospital and city of his birth on July 15, 1974.

Jeff was the son of Julie M. Dupont and Wilfred Dukette. He was blessed with the love of a bonus father, Peter Morgan. Together, they raised him to be a strong man with an unmatched depth of love.

In Jeff’s own words, Dupont meant “The Great.” He was the greatest father, husband, boss, collector, and human. He valued his family and friends deeply, cherishing time spent together at home or on the road. He was always looking for an excuse to go to the mountains, the beach, or the city. He took pride in his collections, be it his Mustangs or his baseball cards, a beloved hobby he shared with Peter Morgan and his stepson, Alex. He was a man who loved being entertained and entertaining, bringing laughter to everyone he met.

Two of the greatest privileges of his life were opening his own business, uChoose Wireless, and working as a manager at Sullivan Tire in Portsmouth, NH. Jeff loved being the boss, and spent his time at work surrounded by many great friends. Jeff was an excellent salesman and took incredible pride in his work.

Jeff spread his love far and wide. He was known for his generosity and for always showing up. He was always there to lend a hand when you needed it, and kept the faith in everyone he loved, no matter their struggles. In the last months of his life as he battled to recover from a life-altering stroke, he kept his faith and strength until his last breath.

Jeff is survived by his devoted wife of 8 years, Alicia Dupont; as well as his beloved daughters Ashley Nichols and Haley Dupont, shared with his former wife, Kimberly Mitchell. His marriage to Alicia brought him tremendous joy, and blessed him with a truly blended family, including his bonus children, Mary, Kylie, and Alex, whom he loved with all his heart. His legacy extends to his grandsons, Oliver and Emmett Nichols, who filled his home with endless laughter and chaos. Jeff is also survived by his siblings, Robert Dupont, Steve Dupont, his sister Janet Dubreuil, alongside her husband Peter, baby sister Nyky Lynch, alongside her husband Dan, and many more. Each of them held a special place in his heart, forming bonds that weathered the tests of time and distance.

Jeff is pre-deceased by his parents, Julie M. Dupont and Peter Morgan, as well as his cherished Uncle Joe and dear sister Tracy Lee Dukette.

As we remember Jeff, we celebrate a life lived with purpose and love. His legacy is one of compassion, strength, and an enduring commitment to those he loved. He will be dearly missed, but those who have known him will forever know how privileged they were to hold a place in his heart.

Services to remember Jeff’s life will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, with a prayer at 6:30pm, on Friday, May 1st, 2026, at Peaslee Funeral Home in Farmington, NH, in honor of a remarkable man who touched so many lives. Jeff’s burial service will be held on Monday, May 4th, 2026, at 1:00pm at Summer Street Cemetery in Lancaster, NH. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Jeff’s memory, a tribute to his giving nature and the love he shared with the world.

May his soul rest in eternal peace, as his legacy continues to shine brightly in the lives of his loved ones.
