Jeffrey Alan Benedetto died at his home in Alton, NH on Wednesday, December 5th, 2012.

Jeff was born in Norwalk, CT on August 19, 1951 to Mario and Judith Benedetto. He grew up and attended school in New Canaan, CT. Jeff and his family moved to Hudson, NH in 1982 and then to Alton, NH, where he lived for the past 28 years.

Jeff worked for many years as an arborist and then as a technician and supervisor in the cable television industry. He enjoyed spending time with his family, landscaping his yard, and working with computers.

Jeff was predeceased by his mother Judith and beloved stepfather Robert Jordan.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife Janet, daughter Dakota, daughter and son-in-law Jessica Benedetto-Unger and Carl Unger and grandson Calvin Unger, and son and daughter-in-law David and Ashley Benedetto; father and stepmother Mario "Ben" and Grace Benedetto, brother Mario Benedetto, and sister Lisa Romano and family; sister Annie Appling and family and brothers Steven and Scott Jordan; aunt and uncle Janice and Howard Toms and family; aunt Linda Zimmerman and family; as well as nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 3 pm at the Gilman Library, 100 Main St., Alton, NH, followed by a brief reception at the home of Janet Benedetto at 424 Old Wolfeboro Rd., Alton, NH.
