Alton Bay, NH

Jeanette I. Barton, age 100, formerly of Alton Bay, NH, passed away October 21,2021 at Crestwood Center in Milford, NH, where she most recently resided.

Born July 15, 1921 in Attleboro, Massachusetts, the daughter of Delphis and Orise (Beaupre) Monast, she was a graduate of North Attleboro High School.  She married Marshall E. Barton in 1946 and she had worked as a Bookkeeper for Balfour Mfg. Co. for twenty years.

Jeanette enjoyed gardening, painting and nature, especially birds.

Predeceased by her husband Marshall and son Gregory Barton, she is survived by her son Bruce M. and wife Betty Barton and son William Barton.

Interment was private at New Riverside Cemetery in Alton, NH.  If desired, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the charity of one's choice.  Her family extends a sincere thank you to Crestwood Center & Home Health & Hospice in Milford for the loving care she received.
