Jean Carolyn Towle, age 87, a longtime resident of Rochester, died November 7, 2016 at Wolfeboro Bay Care.
Born November 17, 1928 in Farmington, a daughter of Floyd and Marion (Holder) Towle, she had resided in Rochester for many years.
She was employed for many years as a Telephone Operator with New England Telephone.
A member of the First Baptist Church in Farmington, she was a doll collector, created jewelry with beads, loved her cats and loved her family gatherings.
Survived by her sister: Phyllis Sprague and nephew Kurt Sprague of Winter Garden, Florida, her niece Carolyn and husband Steve Goodwin of Rochester, a niece Vicki, 2 grandnieces: Susan Funk and Stacy Reynolds, also several great grand nieces and nephews and a sister in law Peggy Towle.
Family and friends are welcome to a Graveside Service on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 11am at Rochester Cemetery on Franklin Street in Rochester.
